Free tracked shipping
Every order includes free shipping and a tracking number.

How we prepare your order
Each Selenne pendant is hand-assembled to order, just for you. It doesn't come off a warehouse shelf: we pick your arcana, assemble the piece, check it and pack it with care.

1. Handcrafted preparation: 1–3 business days
2. Tracked shipping: as soon as it ships, we'll email you a link to track it.

Shipping time by country (business days)
- United States: 6–12 days
- Mexico: 8–12 days
- Canada: 7–9 days
- Australia: 8–15 days
- New Zealand: 6–12 days
- Spain and rest of Europe: 7–12 days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, or due to customs processing, shipping may take a few extra days.

Christmas orders
To receive your order before December 24, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Taxes and duties
For Mexico, all taxes and duties are included in the price, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For other countries, local customs may occasionally charge import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can correct it while your pendant is being prepared. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
