Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, wherever it goes.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days after you order.
• United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 5–8 business days after it ships (6–11 business days in total).
• Spain: 3–5 business days after it ships.

Import duties or taxes, if your country charges any, are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels

Until the parcel reaches you, it's our responsibility. If it gets lost on the way or arrives damaged, email info@selenne.store with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll send you a new one or refund you.

Shipping protection (optional)

You can add it in your cart. It also covers:

• Porch theft: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn't receive it, we send you another one at no cost.
• Priority resend: if anything goes wrong, we ship your replacement as soon as you contact us, without waiting for the carrier's investigation.

To use it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address before paying: if an order is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, the resend is at your cost.
