You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed.
How to return a product
- Email info@selenne.store with your order number before sending anything. We'll reply with the return address and the steps.
- Send the necklace unworn and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive it and check its condition, we refund you to the same payment method within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product arrives defective or isn't what you ordered.
30-day guarantee
If your necklace arrives with a defect or breaks because of a manufacturing fault within the first 30 days, email us a photo and we'll send you another one or refund you, at no cost to you.
The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, contact with water, perfume or lotion, or knocks.
Orders with several necklaces
If you return part of a pack, we refund what you paid for the returned necklaces at the pack's discounted price.
